- Matric is essential.
- 4-10 years’ experience including selling sweets, snacks and beverages in the Western Cape.
- Experience in Wholesale and Cash/Carry in the FMCG industry is a MUST.
Responsibilities:
- Visiting customers on a regular call cycle.
- Managing stock levels in the store.
- Drive sales by taking orders against a target set by the company.
- Upsell across the range and ensure the shelf space is achieved and maintained with correct prices.
- Grow all brands and market share for the company in the highly competitive sweets market
- Negotiate deals and promotions on behalf of the company with the store, as well as monitor pricing and
- Manage the merchandisers/promoters and marketing efforts of the company (point of sale, branding etc)
- Be able to report to head office on sales performance, problems and solutions for growing the sales of the company.
